Disciplemaking Coaching Center
Our mission is to multiply Disciplemaking Movement Leaders and Churches to finish the Great Commission, and we recognize that achieving this requires a profound transformation of both leaders and churches.
Many churches today face common barriers in effectively making disciples. At the Disciplemaking Coaching Centre (DCC), we are committed to equipping pastors and leaders like yourself to overcome these challenges and foster a vibrant, reproducing disciplemaking culture within your church and beyond.

Our Disciplemaking Coaching Centres are designed to provide practical, biblical training and ongoing coaching. We aim to help you shift from traditional church mindsets to embrace Jesus’ way of ministry, empower your congregation to naturally share their faith, move beyond program-based discipleship to relational disciplemaking, integrate the essential practices of Jesus into daily life, and ultimately, multiply disciplemaking churches rather than merely growing large ones.
The DCC program is structured around five core modules, each designed to address a specific barrier and equip you with the tools and understanding needed for true transformation:

DCC Module 1: Jesus Strategy Overview – This module lays the foundational understanding of Jesus’ model for life and ministry, challenging the “how do we make disciples?” question with “how did Jesus make disciples?”
DCC Module 2: Everyday Commission and Everyday Commandment – We will explore the four commitments necessary for every believer to be a disciple who makes disciples in their community and workplace, focusing on practicing eternal cultivating, planting, and reaping (CPR) with our everyday Friends, Relatives, Associates, and Neighbors (FRAN).
DCC Module 3: Balance with Disciplemaking Pathway – This module addresses the challenge of program-based discipleship by emphasizing Jesus’ relational way of making disciples. It helps you understand and implement a balanced disciplemaking pathway where every person is being discipled and discipling others.
DCC Module 4: ETS Practices of a Disciple – We delve into the essential practices of a disciple, focusing on developing a deeper relationship with God through practices like prayer journaling, Bible reading, and scripture memory, and cultivating a lifestyle of witnessing and follow-up.
